Situated on the South West tip of Western Australia, Bunker Bay Resort comprises 155 stand-alone villas, a central facilities building which incorporates a restaurant, bar and commercial kitchen, function suite and offices.
The resort also features a stand-alone health building including tennis courts, resort swimming pool and a beach café. VDM Consulting BCA provided mechanical, electrical and fire services design consultancy.
Special design considerations included implementation of services infrastructure commensurate with the environmentally sensitive location of this development.
In 2005, the resort was the recipient of the Urban Development Institute of Australia Award for Excellence.
