Claremont Quarter Development
Location: Claremont, WA
The Claremont Quarter Development consists of two stages totalling 30,000m2 of retail and high-end residential apartments.
The development includes a Coles supermarket, a David Jones department store, and over 125 specialty shops. Two towers of up to seven storeys in height are located near the retail section and contain sixty five high-end apartments.
VDM Consulting BCA was the lead electrical and vertical transportation engineer for the project and was responsible for:
- 15 lifts
- 16 travelators
- 3 11kV high voltage feeds
- 5 sub-stations
- Specialist lighting
- Low voltage distribution
- Communications and MATV distribution
- Security, CCTV & access control
