25 hectare Harbour Town Shopping Centre lies at the northern end of the Gold Coast.
The shopping centre includes:
- Australia’s first purpose-built outlet shopping precinct,
- Convenience, service & retail stores,
- 14 screen cinema,
- Cafes, restaurants,
- Medical and Health facilities.
VDM Consulting were responsible for:
- All civil works including bulk earthwork in excess of 300,000 cubic metres,
- Major regional drainage works,
- Numerous external intersections,
- 2950 car parking bays, and
- Pump station.
