The 670ha Industrial Estate comprised heavy and light industrial zones, commercial precincts, residential areas for the local workforce, and corporate headquarters for the group.
VDM Consulting, in conjunction with CCN Indonesia (Architects), undertook the masterplanning and concept design for the estate.The engineering infrastructure concept documents needed to be of a high standard and detail, as the contract documentation for the stage 1 development had to be completed concurrently with the masterplan assignment.
