Mariners Cove

The Mariners Cove tourist oriented shopping/restaurant complex and 92-berth commercial marina is situated at one of Australia’s most prestigious tourist sites on the Southport Spit.
The Southport Spit is a unique development zone on a tongue of land between the Pacific Ocean and the Broadwater containing tourist attractions such as Seaworld, modern hotels, marine-oriented commercial facilities and marinas.
VDM Consulting were involved in the preparation of overall long-term development strategies for the Spit, which have subsequently been adopted by the State Government.
