The Glades Golf Course

The Glades Golf Course Resort is an international standard 142-hectare golf and residential resort featuring an 18 hole Greg Norman designed golf course and adjacent residential estate.
VDM Consulting were responsible for formative concept and engineering planning – finding solutions to the challenges posed by developments largely within the Merrimac floodplain on behalf of the original client, Dong Ah Corporation.
VDM Consulting are now involved with the continuation of the residential precincts with THL Robina. This involves:
- Design and documentation of upper market homes
- 4-plex units, and
- Apartment buildings in the East Hill, North Hill, Peninsula and Mendinah sites.
