Following a construction budget “blowout” by the previous design team, VDM Consulting were commissioned directly by the client to Project Manage the development through to handover.
The company undertook the complete design and construction of the development, and not only achieved this within a limited budget and tight timeframe, but delivered a facility with considerably more useable floor space with a higher level of services than anticipated.
